Buckminster Farm invites you to sample the creativity, simplicity and beauty
that springs forth when you
slow down, build solid foundations and focus on quality.
Buckminster Farm can offer you produce, recipes, plants, garden consulting, how-to classes, a vase full of flowers, eggs, and so much more as the season dictates. Subscribers pay a fee to start an account and we work together to customize the products, services and ideas that add simplicity, beauty, ease and joy to your days. I love to share my love of cooking, farming and pared-down lifestyle with all who are likewise craving the good life!
Contact Buckminster Farm to schedule a repotting day at your home. For the pedicure, your houseplants will dip their toes in mycorrhizae and a mineral rich, fertile soil that includes composted manure, worm castings, bio char, real soil, coco coir, perlite, vermiculite, kelp, brix blend basalt, high-cal lime and kelp. After the treatment, they will have years of clean eating and fine dining in the pot of their choosing!
$50 for a 1 1/2 hour visit + $10 per gallon of soil
Margarita's are a summer staple at this farm. Always looking for ways to implement "import substitution" I embarked on a worthy lime substitution experiment last year that was wildly successful. If you are ready to localize a favorite and stock up for your summer's House Drink, join us for a Rhubarbita Afternoon. You'll learn how to create a rhubarb juice that gives imported limes a run for their money and a rhubarb sauce with a rich lemony taste (without the lemon) . The rhubarb juice also makes a refreshing alcohol-free spritzer.
$45 for the class. You will leave with a quart of rhubarb hard at work becoming juice, and a sampling of the finished product - with or without salt!
Saturday May 31, 2025 from 10am-12pm (the class will be offered again in 2026 - stay tuned)
Additional rhubarb and rhubarb plants available for sale.

$150 per hour for coaching. $500 for 4 hours/half day. Half Day Entrepreneurs are invited to stay onsite a night prior or night after at no cost to focus on your project.
