Welcome to Buckminster Farm—a 28-acre haven from hurry featuring hayfields, forests, vibrant gardens, and happy chickens. Since moving to this rural corner of NH in 1991, I have been deeply immersed in entrepreneurship, gardening and cooking. Over time, knowledge and insight in those diverse interests has sharpened my skills in each one.
Buckminster Farm offers you smarter designs and systems for vibrant gardens, memorable food and successful business ventures. We invite you to scroll down to the blog: Notes From the Farm and to sign up to receive ideas to help you to slow down, work smart, and bring more beauty and peace and deliciousness into your everyday life – be that work or home.

As it turns out, ‘at work’ is rarely a good place to get foundational work done. If you need a peaceful place to really focus on a project, a strategic plan, or sort through a sticky challenge or enticing opportunity, Buckminster Farm offers a beautiful, quiet location and skilled and experienced nonprofit and for profit business coach to help you successfully work on your next step.
$150 per hour for coaching. $500 for 4 hours/half day. Half Day Entrepreneurs are invited to stay onsite a night prior or night after at no cost to focus on your project. Upstairs apartment with separate entrance, bathroom, bedroom, sitting room, mini-fridge and electric kettle (no kitchen).

The key to growing healthy plants is to simply give them good soil and good growing conditions. The same mineral mix we use for our Good Dirt for houseplants goes into the beds here, too. The right nutrients and growing conditions make fruits and vegetables tastier and more nutritious and all plants more vibrant and vigorous. Perennials are available spring and fall when conditions are best for digging and transplanting. If you don’t see a plant on the list, please ask. We grow a wide variety of easy, vigorous plants.
Garden, cooking and Entrepreneur Circle clients are invited to a free "Dig Day" spring and fall and can dig as many plants as they'd like based on availability.

Contact Buckminster Farm to schedule a time to drop off plants for repotting or to schedule a repotting day at your home. For the pedicure, your houseplants will dip their toes in mycorrhizae and a mineral rich, fertile soil that includes composted manure, worm castings, bio char, real soil, coco coir, perlite, vermiculite, kelp, brix blend basalt, high-cal lime and kelp. After the treatment, they will have years of clean eating and fine dining in the pot of their choosing!
$50 for up to a 1 1/2 hour visit to your place (within 15 miles of Buckminster Farm) + $10 per gallon of soil. Just $15 per gallon of soil to repot at the Farm, no additional fee.
